The safety and wellbeing of children is a core value at Lunlil. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers minors.
Compliance Declaration. Lunlil explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and fully complies with the Child Safety Standards policy (support.google.com ). These standards apply to all Lunlil apps and services available on Google Play. Lunlil maintains a dedicated child‑safety contact at info@lunlil.com and provides clear reporting mechanisms for violations. Our published standards are functional, accessible, and directly reference Lunlil’s zero‑tolerance approach to CSAE and related harmful content.
Age Requirement. Lunlil is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
Prohibited Content. The following content is strictly prohibited on Lunlil and will result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities:
Reporting. We encourage users to report any content or behavior that appears to violate these standards. Reports can be made via the in-app reporting feature or by emailing info@lunlil.com. All reports are reviewed promptly.
Cooperation with Authorities. Lunlil complies fully with applicable laws regarding child safety, including mandatory reporting obligations. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving child exploitation and will report violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities as required.
Moderation. We use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect and remove content that violates our child safety policies. Accounts found in violation are permanently banned.
