• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

Your content belongs to you. When you post, share, or upload content on Lunlil ("User Content"), you retain all ownership rights to that content.

By posting User Content on Lunlil, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to post the content you share
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content does not violate any person's privacy or publicity rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

Lunlil is built on kindness, creativity, and connection. To keep it that way, all users must follow our Community Guidelines:

• Be respectful: Treat others with kindness and empathy at all times
• No harassment: Bullying, hate speech, and targeted harassment are strictly prohibited
• No explicit content: Adult or sexually explicit content is not permitted
• No spam: Don't post repetitive, promotional, or irrelevant content
• Protect privacy: Don't share personal information about others without their consent
• Be authentic: Don't create fake accounts or misrepresent yourself

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate them.

Lunlil includes AI-powered features, powered by Anthropic's Claude AI.

By using Lunlil, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lunlil at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• We are required to do so by law
• Your actions pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform

Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and give you the opportunity to respond.

Lunlil is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
